Mary Vargas, MBA, joins Cope & Associates, Inc.

Mary Vargas, MBA, has joined Cope & Associates, Inc. a consulting and training firm in Burlington, VT.  Mrs. Vargas is a senior consultant with an emphasis in organization development, change management and communication.

With more than 19 years of experience, Mrs. Vargas is skilled in coaching, analysis, design, and delivery of innovative change management programs. She has expertise in transforming diverse organizations of all sizes across a number of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, state government (tax), local government (child welfare), and faith-based organizations in managing change, improving interpersonal relationships and creating efficiencies to maintain a healthy culture. Mrs. Vargas has an inclusive and collaborative approach, and has helped organizations to implement successfully projects ranging from a small, defined need to widespread change.

Mrs. Vargas earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a BA in Government and French from St. Lawrence University. She is trained in Appreciative Inquiry, is a member of Future Search Network, and is fluent in French.
