Cope & Associates, Inc. is a full service consulting and training firm based in Burlington, Vermont, the state's largest city.

We were established in 1991, and in 2005 Cope Human Resources was formed to provide targeted and confidential HR consulting. We are currently celebrating over 15 years in business!

COPE has a staff of seven on our Performance Consulting Team and an additional staff of two on the Human Resources Team.  Though technically we are a small business, we are the largest consultancy of our type in the region and we boldly think big when it comes to finding creative solutions for our clients.

Since we began, we have served over 450 clients across the United States and Canada, serving people and organizations from 1 to 50,000.  Our clients range from small non-profit agencies to large multinational corporations.  Each one gets the same level of service and attention, because we believe that at the core of every organization are its people.
