Operations Manager
Forest Cohen supports the Performance Consulting Team. He has experience in community impact planning, community involvement policy and procedure development, project management, research, and data analysis. Forest earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Vermont. He received a B.A. from Western State College of Colorado with a major in sociology. In a previous lifetime, Forest was a professionally accredited snowboard instructor and popular teacher at Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Colorado.
On his own time he enjoys spending time with his family, gravity sports, playing music, reading, and has aspirations of becoming a published writer.

Project Associate
Kim Steinfeld has joined Cope & Associates, Inc. consulting and training firm in Burlington, VT. Ms. Steinfeld has been hired as a Project Associate to support the Performance Consulting Team with a focus on training and organizational development. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Vermont.
Kim spent the last 23 years working for Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc. specializing in franchise service, systems, operations and development. She has experience in business resource planning, training, staff development, project management, research, finance, systems development, and community involvement
Kim enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She is an accomplished, runner and cyclist with 2 marathons and a century ride under her belt.
