Bill Hancy
Bill Hancy is a senior consultant and has over 25-years experience in organization development, management, and training. He guides individuals, organizations, and communities to do what it is they are supposed to do – better.
Bill works with small businesses, nonprofit organizations, military, and government agencies, in managing change, improving interpersonal relationships, creating efficiencies in products and services, and maintaining a healthy culture. He is skilled in analysis, design, and delivery of innovative change management programs, with expertise in transforming diverse organizations using varying strategies.
Bill is a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) instructor and Future Search facilitator. He has a Master of Science Degree in Organization Development from American University/National Training Laboratories and a Graduate Certificate in Managing Change from Johns Hopkins University.
Bill retired from the United States Air Force with meritorious service after 23 years, 16 of which were served abroad in 5 countries.
He is a life member of the Air Force Association and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
