Melody C. Wilkins is a consultant and trainer with experience in training development and delivery, group facilitation, and managing human resource issues.

                                                                                       

Melody assists staff and management at all levels, primarily guiding first-line employees, support staff, and new supervisors or managers in the skills they need to perform well in those roles.  Many of her training topics focus in the areas of communication, customer service, supervision, and human resource management.

Before joining Cope & Associates Inc., Melody spent over a decade in state government and held customer service and supervisory positions in private industry and non-profit organizations.

Melody earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Focus in Human Resources from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont.  She earned a Certificate in Human Resource Development from Trinity College.
