Business Manager
Forest Cohen manages company operations and coordinates Client Services to maximize client satisfaction. Previously, he worked on a ground breaking community participation project. The project identified aspects of the community that could be effectively impacted by concerted action and focused resource allocation.
Forest earned an MPA from the University of Vermont and is a life member of the Phi Alpha Alpha Honor Society.

Director of Finance & Operations
Kim Steinfeld manages company finance and business operations. Kim also provides direct support to both the President and Consulting Team in client project work. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Vermont.
Kim spent the last 23 years working for Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc. specializing in franchise services, systems, operations and program development. She has experience in business resource planning, training, staff development, project management, vendor and client services, research, finance, systems development, and community involvement.
Kim enjoys cooking, travel, running marathons, cycling, and spending time with her family and friends. She volunteers with both of her children’s schools as well Local Motion and COTS.
